CHARITIES
The Village Co.
The Infant Boutique is proud to be a collection point for The Village Co.
The Village Co. is dedicated to supporting and empowering new mothers in need by providing them with essential items to care for their babies and themselves. Our team has carefully curated a list of crucial items based on practical products necessary for the perinatal period.
Through the generosity of donations and the help of volunteers, we collect and package these items to create special baby bags. Each bag is beautifully wrapped with care and presented with encouragement and love. We believe that every mother deserves to feel pampered and cared for, so we only include new and beautiful products in our bags.
Our baby bags don’t look or feel like charity. They contain all the essential items needed to maintain hygiene and support the mother’s physical and emotional well-being during the challenging perinatal period. The bags are then distributed to services that specifically care for vulnerable and at-risk perinatal women.
At The Village Co., we are a strictly not-for-profit organization. This means that 100% of your donation goes directly to mothers in need. By donating to us, you are helping us to make a positive impact in the lives of new mothers and their babies.

The Nappy Collective
The Infant Boutique is proud to be a collection point for The Nappy Collective since 2014!
The Nappy Collective is a volunteer-run community initiative that collects unused disposable nappies and redistributes them to organizations supporting families in crisis or in need. Traditionally, collections run for two weeks, twice a year.
The idea behind The Nappy Collective started in 2013 when a group of mums discovered a handful of nappies their toddlers had outgrown. Unsure what to do with only six nappies, they wondered if other parents also had leftover nappies they couldn’t use. The solution was to collect these nappies and distribute them to families in crisis. Thus, The Nappy Collective was born.
The first Nappy Collective launched on Facebook in October 2013. With the support of The Staple Store, the first drop-off site, they received an overwhelming response, collecting over 1500 nappies in just two weeks.
Today, The Nappy Collective has expanded across Australia. In May 2018, their Collective saw 213,914 nappies donated with 410 official drop-off points in 64 towns and cities across Australia, benefiting 200 families. By the end of 2020, they had exceeded their campaign goal and distributed a record 1,041,410 nappies to families in need.
We welcome you to donate your unused and unwanted nappies to support families in need. Pop in and drop off your donations today.
