We know how exciting it is to receive your order, so we strive to dispatch all purchases on the same or next business day.

We offer delivery via Australia Post, The Courier App ( Our Same Day Courier Service) or APD Couriers (our Standard Courier Service) available within SA metro areas. Delivery times will vary depending on your location:

• Your order may arrive as quickly as the same day if using our Same Day Metro Courier and ordered before 10am ACST.
• Most other orders are delivered within 2–4 business days, but please allow up to 7 business days depending on your location and shipping method.

At checkout, please nominate a safe place for your parcel to be left in case you’re not home.

If no safe place is provided and no-one is available to take delivery of your order:

• Australia Post parcels will be taken to your local post office for pickup.
• The Courier App parcels will be returned to our Norwood Boutique and you will need to pay a re-delivery fee.
• APD Courier parcels will be held at an APD depot for collection or re-delivery.

Please note: The Infant Boutique currently provides delivery services only within Australia.

Shipping Costs

We offer convenient shipping options for your orders:

Excluded from FREE Shipping Offer

For large/bulky items or consignment products, a flat-rate postage fee of $11.95 applies. These items will be clearly marked in their product descriptions and are not eligible for our free shipping offer.

Click & Collect/Contactless Pickup

For our local customers in Adelaide, we offer a convenient Click & Collect option. Simply select ‘Click & Collect’ at checkout, and we’ll notify you via email once your payment has been processed and your order is packed and ready for pickup.

When collecting your order, please bring proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email.

If someone is collecting on your behalf, you have a few options:

• Add their details to the shipping section (Billing = You, Shipping = them)
• Leave an order note with their full name
• Send us an email letting us know

You’ll also need to forward them a copy of your proof of purchase to present in-store.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping due to agreements with our brand partners. To maintain these valued relationships and ensure compliance, we are also unable to ship to known freight forwarders. Any orders placed using a freight forwarder will be cancelled.
